Do I need to create an account to make an order?

No, you will only have to fill in your contact and shipping details during checkout.

When will my order ship?

We aim to ship your items to you the next business day if possible but sometimes orders can take a little longer (1-3 business days). You will receive an email letting you know as soon as your items have shipped that includes a tracking number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex. You can also pay through PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Amazon Pay if you prefer. With Klarna we also provide direct payment and later payment with invoice. Furthermore we have Bancontact and Ideal payments provided. You can even pay with cryptocurrencies if you have some available ;-)

Is it safe to order online?

Our website is verified as SSL-encrypted, which ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private. Furthermore, all credit card payments are processed via the global payment provider Stripe. We also accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Amazon Pay as well as direct payment and later payment with invoice via our partner Klarna. Via Coinbase we provide payments via cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin or Etherum.

What currency are your prices in?

All purchases are charged in EUR.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we try to ship all over the world! If you cannot find your country in the selection of the checkout please get in touch. We will sort that out somehow!

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are and which shipping method is available. Standard shipping normally takes anything from 1-3 days after shipment.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use GLS for all our shipments in the EU, BRT for Italy and for Switzerland/Liechtenstein we use the Liechtensteinische Post. DHL or UPS are used for international shippings.

How can I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over 90€.

Will I have to pay customs tax on an international order?

For neighbouring Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein we use the Liechtenstein postal service. Due to that fact the swiss VAT and custom taxes are included in our prices. Our customers will NOT be charged any additional taxes.
International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These additional fees are not included in the cost of shipping, and we are not able to provide estimates of what this amount may be for a specific order or item. Please note all orders are shipped from Austria.

Do you offer returns?

Of course! We believe that one should only buy products they will use, That is why we offer free returns for up to 100 days after purchase. Items must be returnable in original condition. This means returned items must not have been worn, altered or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags.

I received a damage, defective or incorrect item, what do I do?

If you’ve received an order containing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue – we’ll do our best to make it right.
