We want you to love your Nuffinz and believe you shouldn't buy things you don't need or don't want to use. That's why we offer a return policy of up to 100 days after purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means that returned items must not be worn, altered or damaged and must contain all original packaging and tags.
We cannot automatically offset one item against another, so a direct exchange is unfortunately not possible. In the online shop, however, you can see whether the item is still available in the right size or color. You can simply order it again right away. Just send us the other item back.
If you have received a faulty product from us, please write to us using the contact form below - preferably with a photo of the fault or damage. Then we look for a pragmatic solution.
Otherwise we ask you to return the product(s) - and this is how it works:
Please print out the return form, fill it out completely and enclose it with your package.
Then follow the steps below according to your country.
Please keep the deposit receipt, this serves as proof of return in case your package gets lost on the way to us.

1. Use the links below to create your personal return label:
Enter your details in the online form and shortly thereafter you will receive an email with your return label. In the "Order number" field, please enter your customer or order number (you can find it on the order confirmation). Print out the label and stick it on the package (preferably in the original packaging to avoid damage in transit). Please use our free option and do not return your product on your own!
If you come from another country, please contact us and we will find an individual solution.
2. Send your package back using the return label (this is the only way to send the product back for free) and keep the deposit slip in a safe place. This serves as proof for the return if your package is lost on the way to us.
